As the senior member of the Board of Commissioners, Josh is focused on providing effective and efficient local government for residents of unincorporated Kitsap, while providing strong regional leadership on issues ranging from transportation investments to protecting Puget Sound. Josh was elected to the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners in 2006. His diverse district spans urban centers such as the City of Bremerton and Silverdale, to the fragile shores of Hood Canal.
